Think ahead, Adapt Fast, Lead Well: A Masterclass for Leaders in Uncertain Times

45-MINUTE COMPLIMENTARY MASTERCLASS VIA ZOOM

Wednesday, 21 October 2026, 12:15 to 1:00 AEDT

Find out where you lose performance under pressure, and what steady leaders do differently.

Leaders today are working through economic pressure, AI, shifting government priorities and teams that are tired of yet another transformation. Most are expected to stay calm, respond quickly and still think strategically, often all in the same week.

Is this you?

  • Your workload is so heavy you have no time left to think about strategy or new ideas.

  • You spend most of your days dealing with problems you didn't see coming.

  • You know your team needs to adapt, but people are tired and pushing back.

If that sounds familiar, you're in good company. Many experienced leaders I work with tell me the same thing. They know what good leadership looks like, but the pace and pressure make it hard to lead that way every day.

In this session we’ll cover:

  • An introduction to Adaptive Stability, the model developed from coaching leaders through challenge and change.

  • A discussion on the three capabilities it is built on: mindset, flexibility and resilience

  • A short self-assessment you'll complete during the session, so you can see where you tend to lose performance under pressure and where you sit on the six steps to Adaptive Stability

  • A chance to ask questions and touch on situations from your own work

You'll leave with a clearer sense of how to stay steady through uncertainty, and one thing you can start doing differently next week.
